VIDA Coaching & Mentoring was founded with one purpose to help individuals find alignment, peace, and clarity in their personal and professional lives.

The name VIDA, meaning “life” in Spanish and Portuguese, embodies our philosophy: life is a journey of self-discovery and elevation. Through mindful coaching, we help you embrace your story, visualise your path forward, and take empowered steps toward your highest potential.
