ABOUT ME

I work at the intersection of neurodiversity, mental health, and addiction recovery, supporting adults and young people through compassionate, evidence-based practice. My approach is holistic and person-centred — combining clinical assessment with coaching to help people understand their story, build confidence, and move toward stability, wellbeing, and purpose.

I specialise in Autism and ADHD assessments, trauma-informed mental health support, and recovery-focused work with addiction. Whether I’m working with individuals, families, or professionals, I create safe, reflective spaces where people feel heard, respected, and understood.

Alongside direct work, I also provide coaching, training, and service development, helping teams and organisations build more inclusive, responsive systems. My background is grounded in social work, and my philosophy is simple:

When people are met with curiosity and compassion, real change can happen.

Outside of practice, I bring balance through complementary therapies (Reiki, Swedish Massage, Indian Head Massage) and discipline through my training as a Black Belt in Taekwondo — keeping me grounded, focused, and resilient.
